Specialty tulip bulbs in a rainbow of colors and unusual forms - fringed, doubled, and ruffled. We love over-the-top flowers that stop you in your tracks.

Planting Instructions

In the fall, choose a sunny spot with good drainage and dig a hole about 4-6 inches deep. Set your bulbs in the hole with the pointy tip up. Space them with your heart. They can get as close as eggs in a carton, but not touching. Water, cover with soil and tamp down gently.
Tulips do not need fertilizer - the energy comes from the bulb. They do, however, love water in the spring. Usually the natural rain is enough, but if the spring showers are a little sparse, give them a good, deep water when the first leaves sprout and again when they begin to but up.

All sales are final. Buyer assumes the responsibility for growing flowers from these bulbs. We recommend planting them within a week of receipt.

Varieties

  • Farmer's Choice: A surprise mix of farmer favorite tulips.
  • Amazing: Coral with pale orange edges, these parrot tulips glow in the garden and the vase. If I had to choose, this one might be my favorite.
  • Columbus: Vibrant pink double with white edges on pointed petals. Reliable and gorgeous.
  • Cabana: White parrot tulip gently dusted with soft pink.
  • Copper Image: Warm copper double tulip. The muted bronzey tones are much-sought after.
  • Estella Rijnveld: Striking parrot tulip with candy apple flames across each white petal.
  • Pink & Black Doubles Mix: Vibrant pink Columbus plays with fringed Crispion and vampy Black Hero.
  • Sunset Mix: Apricott Fox, fringed double Brisbane, and fringed single Lambada.
  • Purples Mix: Crunchy Cummins, Jacuzzi, and Rem's Favorite. Are they the cutest tulip names? They are not. Are these cool purples absolutely gorgeous? Yes. Yes they absolutely are.
  • Pastels Mix: Classic spring palette. Blush tinted yellow Foxy Foxtrot, my favorite early Exotic Emperor, and pale purple Candy Prince.
